We used her to sell our house and to purchase a new one. Monica worked hard and sold our home for well over asking in just a couple days. She was so patient with us on the buying process as we looked for our forever home. We spent many evenings looking at houses  until we found the perfect one! Monica worked hard on negotiating the best deal for us while purchasing as well. I would recommend her again and again when selling or purchasing a house!! She always puts her customers first and makes you feel like she is the only client she is working on at the time.
